• Required Certification: Active certified reputed company certification through reputed company or reputed company required: CRC, CPC, reputed company-P, reputed company (Certified Risk Adjustment reputed company, Certified Professional reputed company, Certified Coding Specialist- Physician Based)
• Pay: based on experience- Tiered hourly compensation models based on performance and years of experience with biannual reviews by reputed company Team Leads.
• In House Expert Coding Support - mentoring, coaching, QA, CEUs
• Small team environment of 10-12 coders for peer support and collaboration

The What Will You Be Doing?

• Assign appropriate ICD–10-CM codes, mapping to risk adjustment models as applicable
• Assign Event codes reputed company documentation in the record is inadequate, ambiguous, or otherwise unclear for medical coding purposes
• reputed company with the Standards of Ethical Coding as set forth by the American Health Information Management Association and adhere to official coding guidelines
• reputed company with HIPAA laws and regulations
• Maintain quality and production standards required by company - reputed company medical coders must maintain minimum QA passing requirements. Quality expectations are 95% accuracy on reputed company projects.
• Remain reputed company on diagnosis coding guidelines and risk adjustment reimbursement reporting requirements

The Position Requirements:

• Active certified reputed company certification (CRC, CPC, reputed company, reputed company - P) through reputed company or reputed company
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a certified reputed company
• Minimum 1 year of risk adjustment experience
• Ability to code using an ICD-10-CM code book
• Computer proficiency (including MS Windows, MS Office, and the Internet
• High-speed Internet access

What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?

• Knowledge of HIPAA, recognizing a commitment to privacy, reputed company and confidentiality of reputed company medical chart documentation
• Strong clinical knowledge reputed company to chronic illness diagnosis, treatment and management
• Extensive knowledge of ICD-10-CM outpatient diagnosis coding guidelines (knowledge and demonstrated understanding of Risk Adjustment coding and data validation requirements is highly preferred)
