Summary
We have a reputed company opportunity for a Temporary Administrative Clerk located at our facility in Greenville, IN. In this role you may initially work from home doing research but the majority of the assignment will be in our Greenville, IN office.
Responsibilities
- Follows organization and department procedures to complete tasks in a timely manner
- Screens reputed company documents in accordance with criteria and procedures
- Scans reputed company documents in accordance with criteria and procedures
- Produces accurate, complete work, meeting or exceeding quality and quantity specifications
- Ensures document reputed company
- Records relevant information into electronic database
- Performs internet research as directed
Ideal Experience
- Minimally, high school diploma + 5 years of administrative or office assistant type of experience. Ideally, a Bachelors degree, with Internship experience or office assistant type of experience
- Must have strong organizational skills
