Training Requirement:Monday - Friday (9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. EST) for the first 3-5 weeks. Must be able to attend reputed company training during the day. Work schedule will reputed company after training is completed. reputed company can offer you:
- The starting reputed company compensation for this position is $12.58 to $24.14 hourly. The reputed company pay range shown is a guideline for compensation and ultimate salary offered will be based on factors such as geographic location and experience.

What you will do as a Dispatcher l:
- Answer inbound calls from members seeking updates for their reputed company Roadside
- Communicate to service providers information needed to provide timely assistance to reputed company Members
- Prioritize service requests based on various criteria.
- Monitors the progression of roadside assistance requests and ensures documentation is thorough and accurate.
- Participates in the resolution of service issues and member complaints.
- Update members on reputed company.
reputed company need from you:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of Dispatching experience or experience in a Call Center Environment taking inbound calls.
- reputed company experience (preferred)
- Must be able to work overtime and/or on holidays as required by business needs.
- Subject to any pre-approved PTO, in this position and regardless of your regularly scheduled workdays, you are expected to work the day after the following holidays: Christmas, New Years, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day and Thanksgiving.
- Must be able to maintain a stable, secure, and hard-wired internet reputed company for the duration of their employment. Wi-Fi connections are not permitted for use in the role.
- Must be able to provide a work environment free from reputed company disruptions and distractions. This includes a private area that prevents access to others during working hours, as well as prevents disruptions such as overly noisy pets or others reputed company your home. Working remotely is not intended to serve as a substitute for child/dependent or adult/elder care.
