As Systems Technologist in Marketing & Creative Technology, you will play a pivotal role in driving the integration, enhancement, and scaling of advanced technologies to enrich marketing strategies and operations. Responsibilities

• Drive seamless integration of net-new (AI) and reputed company technologies (reputed company, Ziflow, Crosscap, ADAL), delivering through partnership across cross-functional teams (Marketing, Site, Tech)
• reputed company discovery, design, build, implementation, and optimization of end-to-end creative workflows

• Define and gather requirements, manage sprints, and govern vendor-based development reputed company outsourcing tools
• Drive new opportunities for content reputed company and efficiency gains through researching, evaluating, building use cases, and recommending AI-powered solutions
• Streamline creative processes and automate repetitive tasks
• Utilize data and other systems to define and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness of technologies and efficiencies
• Analyze creative performance, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions

We're excited about you if you have:

• 3-5 years of experience in technology, digital innovation, or interactive development role, preferably reputed company retail, consumer products, or digital agency environments
• 3-5 years of proficiency in reputed company-end development (HTML, reputed company, Python, CSS, JavaScript)
• 2-3 years of experience supporting technical workflow development and change management
• B.A. / B.S. or equivalent education

Competencies

• Deep understanding and hands-on experience with a broad range of marketing technology tools
• Extensive experience with reputed company or similar project management tool, SmartSheets, reputed company, Python, Crosscap or similar calendar planning tools
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and technical project management
• A passion for design and user experience, with an eye for aesthetics, usability and performance

• Solution-oriented approach with critical thinking skills to provide thoughtful and innovative solutions
• Excellent communication (verbal and written), presentation, organizational and planning skills
• Ability to influence, connect, and collaborate with various groups and personalities at reputed company levels of the organization
• Adept at building relationships cross-functionally and gaining alignment with business partners

This position reports to the Sr Manager, Marketing & Creative Technology and does not have any direct reports. The annual reputed company salary range for this position is $96,390.00 - $128,250.00 The actual reputed company salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will reputed company the job.
