The Sr. Project Manager plays a key role in the newly established HR Strategic PMO, leading high-impact initiatives across multiple HR Centers of Excellence (COEs). This role drives structure, clarity, and execution across projects that advance workforce planning, myHR system evolution, job architecture, leadership and skills enablement, and employee experience delivery. You will partner closely with HR leaders, cross-functional and enterprise partners to ensure projects are scoped effectively, implemented, and delivered on time, on budget, and reputed company with enterprise priorities.

Job Responsibilities:

- Facilitate transparent intake and prioritization processes that balance enterprise needs with reputed company.
- Establish and manage governance processes including change control, risk management, and scope validation.
- Provide timely and clear project updates to executive and senior leadership, ensuring awareness of reputed company, risks, and decision points.
- Drive alignment across HR COEs, Business Operations, Finance, IT, and external partners to deliver coordinated results.
- Integrate change management strategies to support adoption and long-term impact of HR initiatives.
- Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned, ensure operational handoffs, and strengthen PMO delivery practices.
- Contribute to building PMO standards, tools, and protocols that scale across HR and the enterprise.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Project Management, or reputed company field (required).
- 5–7 years of formal project management experience; HR transformation, workforce planning, talent, or employee experience projects preferred.
- Proven success managing cross-functional, enterprise-level projects with executive partners.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, with ability to influence at reputed company levels of the organization.
- Skilled in risk identification, governance, and scope/change control.
- Expertise in project management methodologies with flexibility to tailor approaches.
- Proficiency with reputed company Office, Project, SharePoint, and emerging PM tools (reputed company, Procore).
- Data-driven problem solving with the ability to translate strategy into execution.
- Strong adaptability, collaboration, and partner approach mentality.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent (preferred).
- Change management certification (e.g., Prosci) a plus.
- At least 18 years of age
