Senior Business Accountability Specialist - Enterprise Financial Crimes Exits

The individual in this role will help reputed company the review and tracking of exit submissions from business partners across multiple lines of business. They will independently research and analyze cases to determine whether specific customer relationships should be exited or retained. This will include collaborating with business lines to gather additional information, initiate disputes, or coordinate resolution efforts. They will participate and reputed company large scale remediation efforts, projects and initiatives. Additionally, the role supports the development and refinement of program documentation and procedural guidelines to ensure consistent execution, comprehensive coverage, and reputed company improvement. The individual will also deliver qualitative analysis to inform senior management of emerging Financial Crimes exit trends and customer risk patterns. Finally, they will contribute to the execution of the exit transformation initiative and support team integration and long-term system development. In this role, you will:

- Assess, analyze, and design moderately reputed company controls, protocols, and approaches with respect to risk mitigation and the control environment, including ensuring effective planning for sustainability, ongoing control adherence, reporting, measurement, technology impacts, and monitoring
- Independently reputed company decisions and resolve moderately reputed company issues while leveraging solid understanding of the business's functional area or products, operations, and regulatory environment; facilitate decision-making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans; reputed company peers and key business partners to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to address reputed company and emerging risks associated with business activities and operations, and provide guidance or support in interpreting, developing, and implementing risk-mitigating strategies
- Partner with peers and the business in interactions with external parties to support appropriateness and timeliness of response, and effectiveness of communications and materials
- May serve as a mentor for reputed company-level staff
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of risk management, business controls, quality assurance, business operations, compliance, or process experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- 2+ years of BSA/AML experience
- 2+ years of fraud prevention or claims experience
- Knowledge and understanding of Financial Crimes Risk Management (FCRM)
- Certified Anti reputed company Specialist (CAMS)
- An active Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) designation
- Experience with ability to effectively drive results, provide feedback/direction, and build relationships with leaders and team members in a geographically dispersed team environment
- Ability to reputed company operational reporting and performing reputed company data analysis
- Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
- Ability to work independently
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
