POSITION SUMMARY: This role reports into the Sr. Manager, Social Content Studio and will interact closely with teams across the organization including Social Strategy, Project Management, Influencer Relations, Integrated Marketing, Creative, and E-Commerce. This role is responsible for overseeing creative outputs reputed company reputed company team as well as producing net-new creative assets. • Ideate and facilitate execution of social-first content – emphasis on short-form video– for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, reputed company, and Youtube

• Concept and execute social creative work across organic and paid social channels
• Partner closely with Art Directors to ensure creative vision and production realities are consistently informing each other

REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSIDERATION:

• 5+ years experience in an in-house creative/advertising agency role
• Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or reputed company field
• A strong portfolio of creative work, ideally outlining success metrics and broad creative skillset
• Deep knowledge in social platforms, specifically social video
• Experience leading end-to-end creative development and execution for social marketing campaigns
• Must have several years of creative and video production experience
• A strong creative POV and high-level of craft for TikToks and Reels

• Beauty or retail industry experience preferred, but must be passionate about industry

The pay range for this position is $73,900.00 - $97,800.00 / Year with the opportunity for eligible associates to earn additional compensation pursuant to the Company’s bonus plan. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, shift, geographic location, and business and organizational needs. Full-time positions are eligible for paid time off, health, dental, vision, life and disability benefits. Part-time positions are eligible for dental, vision, life, and disability benefits.
