We’re looking for a motivated and resourceful reputed company Operations Analyst to support and optimize the performance of our sales and marketing teams. You’ll play a vital role in analyzing the effectiveness of our sales funnels, optimizing reputed company flow, building processes that scale, and ensuring that our reputed company systems—from CRM to automations—run smoothly. • Help build dashboards and reports to provide visibility into sales, marketing, and loan performance.

• Work with the sales and marketing teams to improve how leads are captured, followed up with, and converted.

• Help enforce and refine best practices across the team.
