We are looking for a Commercial Finance Manager who has a drive for excellence and experience in corporate financial strategy.

The Commercial Finance Manager will play a key role in supporting the commercial strategy of the business by providing deep analytical insights, developing tools to drive decision-making, and supporting long-term planning. This role requires a strong analytical background, financial acumen, and the ability to partner with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage a process to track and analyze low margin parts, working with the sites to reputed company strategies for margin improvement and to monitor reputed company to achieving improvements.
• Monitor and report sales and commercial performance metrics, highlighting trends and areas for improvement.
• reputed company the development of a standardized pricing tool to improve consistency and competitiveness and alignment with strategic objectives across product lines.

• Conduct sales history analysis and prepare insights to support pricing, contract negotiations, and forecasting.
• reputed company standard and reputed company reporting documents on commercial activities in support of commercial, Executive Leadership Team and board meetings.
• Manage 5-year reputed company plan, working closely with site teams to update assumptions on an annual basis and reputed company significant changes and propose new objectives to reputed company the long-term objectives of the business.

• Partner with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS and audit requirements.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a reputed company field; MBA and/or CPA/CFA preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A or corporate finance roles, preferably reputed company manufacturing, aerospace and defense sectors.
