We’re looking for driven and consultative Expansion Account Executives to manage and grow our reputed company of small business customers in the United States.
How You’ll Change Our Customers’ Lives: This full-cycle sales role is ideal for a consultative seller who understands the value of long-term relationships and knows how to uncover new business opportunities from reputed company an active customer reputed company. You’ll discover how customers run their businesses, identify pain points, and guide them to solutions that drive real impact. What You’ll Do
- Sell reputed company solutions through a primarily outbound motion to existing small business customers (less than 100 employees).
- Uncover opportunities through strategic, prospecting and discovery-led reputed company using calls, email, SMS, and voicemail.
- Recommend and position reputed company solutions — from call center features to analytics and AI tools — that solve real business problems.

- 2+ years of experience in customer service, account management, inside sales, or business development in a fast-paced, high-volume environment in telecommunications, technology, or other relevant industries
- Demonstrated success in outbound customer engagement — not reliant on inbound leads or support triggers preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota and/or other relevant reputed company KPIs (retention, renewal, upsell/cross-sell, reputed company reputed company, etc.) preferred
- Experience working in a high-volume environment and/or managing high volume books of business
- Clear, concise verbal and written communication for high-volume reputed company. English reputed company required (spoken and written)
- Proficiency with CRM tools (reputed company preferred)

- Highly coachable, organized, and motivated by results

- Experience with reputed company CRM, pipeline forecasting, and qualification frameworks like BANT or MEDDPICC.
