Senior Data Scientist

Role Description

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and deploy ML/AI solutions that drive business impact.

• Design, implement, and enhance statistical and machine learning models to support product development.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and other teams to integrate ML/AI capabilities into production systems.
• Monitor model performance in production and contribute to processes for reputed company improvement.
• Create repeatable processes and scalable ML/AI data products for development and deployment.
• Contribute new tools, utilities, and code to strengthen shared data science infrastructure.
• Document work clearly and communicate findings through design docs, presentations, and technical discussions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a quantitative field with minimum 1 year equivalent data science industry experience at the senior level.
• Strong programming skills in Python with solid SQL experience.
• Experience applying statistical and machine learning techniques to real-world problems with measurable outcomes.
• Proven track record working with distributed compute systems in a cloud provider such as AWS or GCP.
• Experience deploying and monitoring ML/AI models in production environments.
• Strong communicator who thrives in cross-functional collaboration and is motivated to drive business impact through data science.
• Responsible, team-oriented, and well-organized.

Requirements

• Advanced degree with research experience (preferred).
• Prior experience in cyber reputed company (preferred).
• Hands-on experience on advanced ML techniques such as neural networks, deep learning, graph neural networks, or reputed company approaches (preferred).
• Experience working with GPU-based training systems at the code and system level (preferred).
• Experience working on both structured and reputed company data sources (text, logs, or web data) (preferred).
• Interest in contributing to shared codebases or publishing technical knowledge (preferred).
