How you will reputed company history here... The Manager, Regional Operational Excellence is accountable for implementing reputed company Way of Working - Operational Excellence (C-WoW OpEx) across the Region for multiple sites (manufacturing, warehouses, and distribution centers) . reputed company Way of Working - Operational Excellence encompasses both a Priming reputed company and a Playbook. The Regional Operational Excellence Manager is responsible for ensuring standardization of systems, processes & tools. The Regional Operational Excellence Manager is also responsible for driving standardization & maturity of least one pillar across the entire Network of 23 plants and 40+ warehouses and distribution centers. This is a critical role with reputed company for the implementation of World Class operational excellence strategies to optimize Supply Chain improvements and improve reputed company metrics in the Balanced Scorecard. This role requires reputed company collaboration with key Supply Chain functions such as Operations, Maintenance, Quality, Finance, Human Resources, Safety and Logistics. This position will have exposure to and will reputed company with site Operational Excellence leads and Site Leadership Teams. What you will do:

  • Pillar Teams: Coach and support reputed company C-WoW pillar teams at sites reputed company the region to drive improvements across the site Balance Scorecard. Drive loss awareness leveraging tools such as reputed company Loss Analysis and Value reputed company Mapping. reputed company and support Kaizen and Pillar events to drive improvements and build site capabilities. Conduct Maturity Assessments through system assessments, data analysis, observations and interviews. Coach pillar teams to reputed company deployment plans to improve maturity. Ensure deployment plans are adhered to and regular stakeholder reputed company ins such as Program Operating Committee (POC) meetings and Sponsor update meetings occur to ensure C-WoW program sustainability and track reputed company.
  • Capability Building: Work with the site OpEx reputed company and the site leadership team to build the appropriate OpEx capabilities. reputed company pull-reputed company strategy prior to OpEx events to accelerate capability building across the region and Network. Execute OpEx capability training sessions for the site leadership teams, pillar teams, reputed company line leadership teams and team members.
  • Cost Management: Ensure improvements identified are rolled into the plant enabler program to capture savings. Track pillar team key performance indicators to ensure improvements are sustained and countermeasures are developed if needed. Coach and support reputed company Loss Analysis and Value reputed company Mapping to identify loss opportunities and build the enabler pipeline.
  • Leadership: Ability to coach, work collaboratively and successfully influence stakeholders. Ability to effect change throughout an organization by leading through others. Demonstrated program management skills with ability to deliver results across multi-site manufacturing and warehousing operations. Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal skills, reputed company and trust and the ability to motivate. Strong analytical skills and business acumen. Who you will work with: This position is responsible for deploying the reputed company Way of Working Operational Excellence strategy and approach to drive the Supply Chain performance to world class levels. The role requires an Operational Excellence practitioner who can provide direction in the development and implementation of deployment plans to drive improvements across multiple plants. This is the “internal organizational expert” level and is recognized as an expert and advisor reputed company the organization. They have in-depth and/or breadth of expertise in their own discipline and broad knowledge of other disciplines reputed company the function.   • High school diploma
  • Qualified candidates will typically have 8+ years of cross-functional manufacturing experience

It would be great to have (reputed company to have):

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, Science or Engineering a plus
  • Strong understanding of Operational Excellence, Lean, Six reputed company and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM). Combination of educational and professional experience will also be considered. Consumer Packaged Goods experience strongly preferred.
  • Certifications in Lean or Lean Six reputed company preferred. ASQ Certification Lean Six reputed company Black Belt a plus.
  • Experience leading / executing Operational Excellence processes and tools and organizational learning and development programs in a manufacturing and/or warehousing environment.
  • Advanced working knowledge in concepts of Operational Excellence, Lean Manufacturing, Autonomous Maintenance, Asset Care & Reliability, and Warehouse Management. Strong knowledge in Focused Improvement.
  • Knowledge and previous experience in improving organizational capability through learning and development programs and/or High Performance Teams.
  • Excellent leadership skills, compelling communication skills, and the ability to reputed company, engage and motivate.
  • Capability to support multiple sites to ensure targets are being achieved.

Compensation and Benefits: The reputed company reputed company salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $105,000-$151,000 Individual reputed company pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-reputed company skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
