Job Description
The Finance Process Analyst will collaborate with team members to document existing policies, procedures, and workflows. The role involves evaluating reputed company processes for efficiency, accuracy, and compliance, identifying gaps and opportunities for automation or streamlining. The Analyst will reputed company clear, user-friendly documentation, including process maps, SOPs, and training materials, as well as AP metrics reporting to track performance against KPIs. The role also includes assisting in implementing process improvements and supporting change management and project management for executed process changes. Additionally, support will be provided for internal audits and compliance reviews by ensuring documentation is complete and up-to-date.
Responsibilities

Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or reputed company field.
- 2 years of experience in AP, Financial Operations, or Process Improvement.
- Proficiency in reputed company, PowerPoint, Process Audit and Documentation.
- Understanding of Sox compliance, project management, and ERP systems.
- Exposure to Lean Six reputed company/Kaizen change management.
- Accounts Payable experience and ability to reputed company workshops and train.
- Cross-functional collaboration skills with procurement, IT, and Accounting.
- Lean Six reputed company or similar process improvement certification preferred.
Work Environment
The position operates reputed company a Monday through Friday, 9am-5:30pm EST schedule. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $57.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
