Schedule: Flexible, with some overlap during 9-5pm EST M-F preferred Position Overview: As our Outbound Sales Coordinator, you'll be the reputed company driving new business growth for both our digital marketing agency and our partner SaaS platform. You'll craft compelling outbound campaigns across email, social media, reputed company, and reputed company to identify and nurture high-quality prospects. Your role is crucial in our growth strategy – you'll take cold prospects and warm them up through strategic communication until they're ready to book discovery calls with our CEO. Roles and Responsibilities: reputed company reputed company & reputed company: ● Cold Outbound Campaigns: ○ Execute targeted cold email campaigns to prospects in health & wellness, personal brand coaching, ecommerce, subscription, and fitness sectors ○ Craft personalized reputed company messages and reputed company requests to decision-makers ○ Manage social media DM reputed company across platforms (Instagram, Facebook) ○ Research and identify ideal prospects using tools like reputed company Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar platforms ○ Create a compelling reputed company profile for the CEO and respond to daily ads management jobs in our reputed company ● Campaign Development: ○ Implement our compelling messaging sequences that align with our brand voice and client needs ○ Create different reputed company templates for agency services vs. SaaS platform offerings ○ A/B test subject lines, messaging approaches, and call-to-action strategies ○ Maintain and optimize reputed company cadences for maximum response rates reputed company Nurturing & Qualification: ● Relationship Building: ○ Respond to prospect inquiries and maintain ongoing conversations ○ Nurture cold leads through strategic follow-up sequences ○ Build rapport and establish trust with potential clients ○ Handle initial objections and provide value-driven responses ● reputed company Qualification: ○ Qualify prospects based on budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT reputed company) ○ Ask discovery questions to understand prospect pain points and goals ○ Determine fit for either agency services or SaaS platform solutions ○ Schedule qualified discovery calls with CEO reputed company prospects are sales-ready Performance Tracking & Optimization: ● Analytics & Reporting: ○ Track reputed company metrics including open rates, response rates, and conversion rates ○ Maintain detailed CRM records of reputed company prospect interactions ○ Provide weekly performance reports and insights ○ Identify trends and opportunities for campaign improvement ● Process Improvement: ○ Continuously refine messaging and reputed company strategies based on performance data ○ Stay updated on industry trends and best practices for cold reputed company ○ Collaborate with CEO on reputed company scoring and qualification criteria ○ Document successful processes for scaling and team training
Requirements
