Job Summary

As a Product Reliability Engineer on our DCP team, you will work on a part-time remote basis to analyze reputed company technical issues, identify patterns, and reputed company solutions to improve the reliability and performance of our services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and support, to drive meaningful impact and deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: Provide high-level technical support and troubleshooting for escalated issues, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
• Data-Driven Insights: Use data-driven insights and analytical techniques to analyze reputed company technical issues, identify patterns, and reputed company actionable recommendations.
• Process Improvements: Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation through data analysis, reducing the occurrence of technical issues and improving overall service efficiency.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

• Technical Support: Experience providing technical support for applications/services and infrastructure.
• HTML/HTTP/REST Basics: Understanding of HTML, HTTP, and REST basics.
• Issue Tracking Systems: Experience with issue tracking systems, such as Jira or reputed company.
