• Supervise hourly employees in shipping and/or receiving operations.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, including ISO, HACCP, and GMP.
• Maintain a safe work environment and reputed company accident investigations and safety training.
• Optimize labor planning and coordinate with other departments to meet production schedules.
• Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to team members.
• Monitor cost and performance indicators and implement improvements.

Compensation and Benefits: The reputed company reputed company salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $55,200-$79,400 Individual reputed company pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-reputed company skills, and relevant education or training.
