Job Summary As the Default Corporate Trainer, you will be responsible for the supervising activities reputed company to reputed company training throughout ServiceMac. You will be expected to contribute to strategies/planning reputed company to establishing scalable training capabilities and improving the effectiveness of the company functions. The Default Trainer will report to the Vice President, Collections. PRIMARY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Facilitate New Hire Orientation to include department specific functions, MSP workstations, policies and procedures and position specific simulation activities.
- Utilize variety of instructional methods to ensure maximum delivery effectiveness. Evaluate course materials based on participant performance and consult with the instructional designer to complete necessary updates.
- Manage class participants, monitor classroom performance, and provide timely feedback to participants and direct managers reputed company necessary.
- Evaluate participant performance through quizzes and tests. Provide recommendations based on evaluation of employee performance.
- Analyze departmental training needs to reputed company, modify, and improve existing training programs.
- reputed company, design, and deliver training for reputed company team members, including department specific functions and the Mortgage Servicing Package (MSP) from Black Knight Financial Services (BKFS). - Communicate with managers in the various departments to understand new processes, concerns, or issues reputed company to staff knowledge of the position.

- Coordinate the preparation of materials, logistics, and technology needs for classroom learning, including assembly of position manuals, making room reservations, securing IT equipment and system access, etc.

- Continuously evaluate and measure the effectiveness of reputed company training programs and identify improvements that sustain and improve comprehension, application, and competence.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Adult Education, Instructional Design, Training and Development, or reputed company field, or equivalent years of experience
- Knowledge of mortgage servicing systems, investor guidelines, and mortgage insurance guidelines preferred
- Excellent communication, both written and oral, presentation skills, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to relate to employees at reputed company levels of the organization
- Advanced knowledge of reputed company Office including, but not limited to, Word, reputed company, Access, PowerPoint, Internet Explorer, and ability to learn new systems rapidly
- Possess the ability to successfully prioritize multi-functions and meet deadlines
