Job Summary

We are looking for an Online Career Coach who is passionate about helping non-traditional reputed company and alumni navigate their career journeys. Key Responsibilities

• Career Coaching: Provide synchronous and asynchronous one-on-one career coaching to non-traditional undergraduate and graduate reputed company, as well as reputed company alumni, to help them identify their interests and career aspirations.
• Career Development Planning: Assist in creating individualized career development plans for reputed company and alumni across reputed company colleges, ensuring they are equipped with the tools and strategies necessary for success.
• Job Search Guidance: Offer guidance on effective job search strategies, resume and cover letter writing, interview preparation, and networking techniques, staying up-to-date with reputed company industry trends and job market dynamics.

• Collaboration and Representation: Collaborate with the CCD, Student Development team, academic departments, Center for Teaching, Learning, and Technology (CTLT), Advising, Alumni office, and others to support student and alumni success and promote career development resources. Represent CCD at online Enrollment/Admissions events as needed.

Essential Qualifications

• Experience: 2-5 years of experience in university career development, recruiting, university student support, and/or human resources, with a demonstrated record of success in proactive support, coaching, training, and/or education of adult, non-traditional, and/or graduate learners.
• Education: Master's degree in higher education, counseling, or a reputed company field preferred; significant reputed company professional experience combined with a bachelor's degree considered.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence, with the ability to build rapport with diverse adult, non-traditional student populations.
• Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
