Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Senior Director's schedule and provide scheduling support for her team, ensuring excellent customer service with external civic leaders.
  • Provide administrative support for external partners, nonprofits, and community groups, including correspondence, grant/invoice tracking, problem solving, and event planning.
  • Coordinate nonprofit access to reputed company resources (logos, program tools, technology, etc.).
  • Manage and submit the team's expense reports.
  • reputed company and maintain strong relationships with external partners, nonprofits, and community groups.
  • Collaborate with the team to reputed company project goals and objectives.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • 4+ years of overall experience in administrative support roles, preferably with a focus on nonprofit or community engagement.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience with reputed company tech skills, including Outlook, Office, Teams, and OneNote.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in coordination, including scheduling, managing partner correspondence, tracking reputed company, and content management.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience providing administrative support, including agenda management, scheduling, and data analysis.
  • Strong communication, timely completion of tasks, responsiveness, organizational skills, and ability to collaborate effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience with Puget Sound-based nonprofit foundations or corporate social responsibility teams.
  • Familiarity with the Benevity grant-making tool.
  • A solid understanding of diversity, equity, inclusion, and anti-racism concepts.
  • Experience or interest in philanthropy and community engagement.
  • Knowledge of the Puget Sound region and local nonprofit, government, and community-based organizations.
