Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Senior Director's schedule and provide scheduling support for her team, ensuring excellent customer service with external civic leaders.
- Provide administrative support for external partners, nonprofits, and community groups, including correspondence, grant/invoice tracking, problem solving, and event planning.
- Coordinate nonprofit access to reputed company resources (logos, program tools, technology, etc.).
- Manage and submit the team's expense reports.

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

Preferred Qualifications
