Job Summary
As a Retail Operations Manager Trainee and Coach, you will be responsible for leading and developing teams, driving financial performance and sales, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following essential qualifications:
- 2 years of college; OR 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience; OR 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively with reputed company levels of associates, including store managers, department managers, and hourly associates
- Basic knowledge of financial concepts, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense management
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset:
- Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live reputed company U and Bellevue University
- Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership through Live reputed company U and Bellevue University
- General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports, including responsibility for performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing
