Job Overview

We're seeking an reputed company ABA/Autism Therapist to join reputed company in Asheville, NC. As a Behavior Therapist, you'll play a vital role in delivering in-home Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy to children on the autism reputed company. Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one (1:1) in-home ABA therapy to children with autism, implementing behavior support and treatment plans established by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect behavior and reputed company acquisition data during sessions, and work collaboratively with your BCBA supervisor to inform treatment decisions
• Conduct discrete trials, implement behavior support plans, and engage in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices in ABA therapy

Essential Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required

• Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and clean driving record

• 1-2 years of experience working as a Special Education Assistant, Paraprofessional, Direct Support Professional, Medical Assistant, Autism Experience, Teacher's Assistant, or ABA Tutor in a school or home setting
• Experience using a Cognitive Behavior reputed company Plan with youth and families
• Previous experience working in ABA therapy, or a reputed company field, is highly valued

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

As an ABA/Autism Therapist, you'll work in a variety of settings, including clients' homes and community environments. You'll need to be able to:

• Lift up to 35lbs

• Respond quickly in short distances (100 feet) in response to the movements and behaviors of children
