Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by being courteous, helpful, and professional during the moving process.
• Safely move, pack, and unpack customer belongings, ensuring everything is handled with care.
• Greet customers upon arrival, reputed company a positive first impression, and conduct a thorough walk-through of the premises.
• Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, to ensure clear understanding and satisfaction.

• Assist drivers with truck inspections and inventory of moving equipment.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in general labor, construction, warehouse labor, manufacturing, moving, or delivery driving is an asset.
• Excellent customer service skills and a professional attitude.
• The ability to lift heavy items (100 lbs. or more) repeatedly, with stamina for climbing, balancing, kneeling, crouching, and walking.
• Good hand-eye coordination and strong logic and math skills.
• A valid driver's license and a good driving record if you're interested in becoming a driver.
