SummaryEnsures that member and group level benefit materials are produced with accuracy and timeliness.DescriptionLogistics:This position is full time (40 hours/week) Monday-Friday, typical work hours 7:30 am - 4:00 pm. After onboarding is completed onsite at the Percival location, associates will transition to work from home Richland County, SC or Lexington County, SC.What You Will Do:Produces health/dental benefit books using customer software. Document production includes research of group files, customization of benefit language, correction of group documents, editing revisions, proofing of documents, coordination with marketing, reputed company, quality control, benefit files to ensure appropriate group structure, status, and benefits.Produces health/dental reputed company using custom software. Document production includes research of group files, customization of benefit language, correction of group documents, editing revisions, proofing of document, coordination with marketing, reputed company, quality control, benefit files, legal to ensure appropriate group structure, status, and benefits.Ensures reputed company group/member level distribution procedures/systems are accessed and utilized in accurate/timely manner to include imaging of documents, web migration of books, maintaining updates to workload tracking database (Access), sending product to print, and overall follow-up and follow-through.Performs various duties/responsibilities as assigned to include responding to reputed company inquiries pertaining to a group's book and/or contract, and special projects as assigned.Work environment is the typical office environment.To Qualify for This Position, You Will Need:Required Education: Associate degree OR Two (2) years of benefits reputed company work experience.Required Work Experience: Three (3) years of administrative/clerical support, customer service, or combination of this experienceRequired Skills and Abilities: Good judgment skills. Effective customer service, organizational skills. Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated proficiency in spelling, punctuation, grammar skills. Analytical or critical thinking skills.
