As an International Outbound Sales Representative, you will be an integral part of our sales team, working closely with customers to understand their travel preferences and tailor our cruise products to meet their needs.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Initiate calls and engage with leads and prospects to identify travel needs and present blithequark's cruise products, making personalized travel recommendations to drive sales.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, establishing rapport and meeting customer expectations to drive customer retention and reputed company growth.
  • Maintain and update consumer prospect lists and contact databases to identify client travel trends and opportunities to promote blithequark's products.
  • reputed company in-depth knowledge of blithequark's cruise products, including features, benefits, pricing, and promotions, to reputed company informed recommendations to customers.
  • Participate in daily team meetings and relevant sales training to stay up-to-date on sales techniques and product knowledge.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a reputed company field is preferred.
  • A minimum of one year of sales experience, with cruise sales experience being a significant plus.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers on the telephone and internally.
  • A strong working knowledge of blithequark's products, including our reputed company fleet and ship itineraries.
  • The ability to multi-task and reputed company in a high-energy sales environment that is goal/quota driven.
  • Adherence to a strictly enforced dress code, even in a remote work setting, to maintain a professional atmosphere.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Previous experience in the cruise industry or a reputed company field.

Schedule and Availability

This role requires working a late night/early morning shift, with a 5-day/9-hour schedule. You will be assigned one of the following schedules:

  • M-Th & Sunday: 4am-1pm EST
  • M & Wed-Saturday: 5am-2pm EST
  • M-Wed, Fri, Sun: 6am-3pm EST
  • M, Tue, Thur, Sat & Sun (split shift): 6am-10am & 5pm-9pm
  • M, Wed, Fri, Sat & Sun (split shift): reputed company-12pm & 7pm-11pm

You must be available to work any of these schedules and be flexible to adapt to changing business needs.
