About the Role

The Executive Recruiter is responsible for executing the full life cycle of direct hire recruiting for top-tier, mid- to senior-level professional direct hire job orders for a variety of clients. This involves partnering with clients to define strategic objectives and hiring needs, analyzing hiring needs, determining best recruiting methods, creating, and deploying client and role-specific recruiting strategies. Key Responsibilities
