About the Role

As a Senior Java Technical Leader in our Claims Communication Technology team, you will play a pivotal role in driving our insurance business transformation. You'll be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality, high-performance technology products and services in a hyper-growth environment. Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to engineering teams, focusing on key areas that drive business transformation.
• Own the complete solution across its entire lifecycle, ensuring high-quality delivery and accountability for the quality, usability, and performance of the solutions.
• Influence and build vision with product managers, team members, customers, and other engineering teams to solve reputed company problems and build enterprise-class business applications.

• Utilize programming languages like Java, C#, Kotlin, Python, and SQL and NoSQL databases, Container Orchestration services including reputed company and Kubernetes, and a variety of Azure tools and services.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

• reputed company and specialization in at least two modern languages such as Java, Kotlin, Python, or C#, including object-oriented and functional programming.
• Experience building products with microservices-oriented architecture, extensible REST APIs, and utilizing open-reputed company frameworks.
• Proficient experience with Spring Boot and other Spring projects such as Spring Data, Spring Integration, Spring MVC, Spring Cloud, etc.

• Proficiency in building cloud-native HA solutions on public cloud platforms such as AWS/GCP/Azure.
• Experience with event-driven architectures and building event-driven microservices with pub-sub/streaming technologies such as Kafka.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and proactive in troubleshooting.

Compensation

The annual salary range for this role is $90,000.00 - $236,500.00. The final compensation will be determined based on factors such as the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate's work experience, education, and training, as well as market and business considerations.
