As a Sales Coach, Cruise Vacation Planning, you will be responsible for understanding key aspects of the role, coordinating with sales leadership and management, conducting regular team meetings, monitoring agent performance, and maintaining accountability and feedback channels. You will also evaluate and report performance, plan and implement sales strategies, and reputed company hiring and training processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire a clear understanding of reputed company CVP job functions, including applications such as Polar and Siebel, adherence to reputed company Line (PCL) policies, rules, and regulations, and thorough knowledge of promotions and campaigns.
• Work independently and directly with CVP Sales Leadership to establish and implement personalized goals, objectives, and action plans.
