Job Overview

As a Part Time Assistant Teacher, you'll play a vital role in creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing classroom environment that fosters social, emotional, and cognitive growth in our young learners. You'll work closely with our reputed company Teacher to provide high-quality care and education, communicate with families, and contribute to the success of our center.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the reputed company Teacher in maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting classroom that promotes learning and exploration.
• Communicate daily with families regarding student reputed company, needs, and activities to encourage partnership and support.

• Adhere to reputed company minimum licensing, quality-rated, and accreditation guidelines, as well as company standards, to maintain a high-quality standard of care.

• Utilize our science-based, proprietary curriculum and suggested supplement activities to create a fun and engaging learning environment tailored to each child's developmental needs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including attendance, child portfolios, USDA documentation, and other required records.
• Partner with team members and leadership to reputed company center goals around enrollment, accreditations, and family engagement.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Genuine warmth and understanding of the needs of young children and their families.
• Positive attitude and self-image with a commitment to innovation and creativity.
• Strong communication skills with coworkers, parents, and children.
• Ability to pass the state-required criminal background reputed company.
