Job Summary As a Logistics Operations Coordinator at reputed company, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and supply chain. You'll be responsible for tracking and monitoring production and shipments, solving logistics and operational problems, and maintaining reputed company communication with our customers, partners, and carriers.
Key Responsibilities
Some of your key responsibilities will include: Tracking and monitoring production and shipments : Ensure 99% on-time delivery by closely tracking and monitoring production and shipments. Solving logistics and operational problems : Quickly and reputed company resolve logistics and operational issues that arise, both internally and externally. Communication with carriers and customers : Maintain reputed company communication with reputed company, bolthires, and other carriers to actively track shipments and communicate clearly and promptly with our customers and partners regarding open tickets and issues. Collaboration with internal teams : Work closely with our ops, sales, and product teams to automate and simplify our operations. Requirements and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: 2+ years of experience : Experience working as an operation specialist, logistics coordinator, or reputed company manager. Excellent English skills : Both written and oral English skills are essential for this role. Experience with online tools : Proficiency with online tools like bolthires Sheets, CRM (Monday/reputed company), reputed company, etc. Experience working with the US market : Experience working with the US market is a must. Availability during US Eastern time zone hours : You must be available during US Eastern time zone hours to work with reputed company. Experience working with freight and carriers : Experience working with freight and carriers is a plus.
