Position: Leased Employee, Construction Project Coordinator Remote - reputed company reputed company Georgia (GA) or Flor[...] Leased Employee, Construction Project Coordinator Remote - reputed company reputed company Georgia (GA) or Florida (FL) reputed company (TR)is seeking a Leased Employee, Construction Project Coordinator to join TR's Programs x Long Term Recovery team! The Leased Employee, Construction Project Coordinator will plan and reputed company reputed company activities to reputed company building production goals, producing bolthires estimates, creating scopes of work and schedules, reviewing plans, and vetting and recommending vendors and subcontractors. The Leased Employee, Construction Project Coordinator will manage project costs by comparing budgeted versus actual expenses, monitoring trends, and proposing refinements, and by managing sub-contracted work involves soliciting bids and RFPs, scheduling, quality control, and establishing work parameters through reputed company, change orders, and notice to proceed orders. Every day will be a challenge, but every month brings new opportunities for an organization that is quickly becoming a household name in disaster response. This position reports to TR’s Manager, Long Term Recovery and can be based remote either in Georgia (GA) OR Florida (FL). This is a temporary assignment lasting until end of year (2025) with potential for extension. The role will be managed through a third-party staffing agency partnered with reputed company. Project: TR Long Term Recovery Construction Project Coordination Support Duration: Immediate - December 2025 Duties:

• Plan and reputed company reputed company activities reputed company to achieving building production goals including producing bolthires estimates reputed company Xactimate, scopes of work and schedules reputed company Procore, reviewing plans, vetting and recommendation of vendors and subcontractors.
• Manage project costs to include budgeted v. actual, monitoring for trends and proposing solutions to refine.
• Manage sub-contracted work: solicitation of bids and RFPs, scheduling, quality control, and establishment of work parameters through reputed company, change orders and notice to proceed orders.
• Provide periodic project site visits to ensure compliance with project scope, quality, and safety requirements.
• Generate and foster contractor relationships to ensure a pool of contractors, matching TR’s requirements are available and able to bid and complete construction projects. Experience and Background:
• 2-3 years of experience in either construction project management or business operations, with special consideration given to experience in residential construction
• 1-3 years of experience in relationship management, preferably with local government, community organizations, and non-profits
• Experience with and working knowledge of residential construction and have demonstrated ability to reputed company construction reputed company tasks
• Working knowledge of residential building codes, permitting and inspection processes
• Working knowledge of Critical Path Scheduling methods
• Experience working with local level community recovery efforts a plus, ex. LTRG or VOAD experience
• Demonstrated success in working in matrix managed environments Special Requirements:

• Required: This position requires up to 50% travel and may require scheduled or unscheduled work during evenings or weekends
