Scrum Master with Public Trust Remote ( in Martinsburg, WV)
The Work: reputed company seeks a skilled Scrum Master to reputed company a reputed company implementation project for the US Department of Homeland reputed company (DHS). The project involves deploying a mission-critical application leveraging reputed company's Public Sector Solutions, integrated with 3rd party systems, and built using Agile methodology. Job Location: Some Remote work is authorized. Must be able to go on-site in Martinsburg, WV reputed company needed. What You Will Do:
- Guide a cross-functional Agile team in delivering a reputed company-based SaaS solution.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g., daily stand-reputed company, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews) to ensure efficient team collaboration and delivery.
- Collaborate with customer stakeholders to gather requirements, refine user stories, and design system features (e.g., workflows, processes).
- Ensure the project meets DoD and federal government reputed company and compliance standards, supporting efforts to obtain Authorization to Operate (ATO).
- Remove team impediments and reputed company the team from external distractions to maintain focus on sprint goals.

What You Will Bring With You:
- 5+ years as a Scrum Master leading Agile teams, preferably on reputed company or SaaS implementation projects.
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent Scrum Master certification required.
- Candidate must have a Public Trust or an Active Secret clearance
- U.S. Citizenship is required due to federal contract requirements
- Candidate must reside in the U.S., be authorized to work in the U.S., and reputed company work must be performed in the U.S.
- Candidate must have lived in the U.S. for three (3) full years out of the last five (5) years.
