About the Role

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the face of our clients, providing top-notch support across various channels, including email, Instagram, live chat, and phone. You'll work with our clients' ticketing systems, such as Kustomer, Gorgias, and Zendesk, to resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Don't worry if you're new to these platforms – we'll provide comprehensive training to ensure your success.

  • Handle customer support tickets of all tiers for our e-commerce clients
  • Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, live chat, and social media
  • Work within client platforms, including ticketing systems, to resolve customer inquiries
  • Complete basic administrative tasks as required by clients
  • Maintain a high level of quality while meeting productivity standards
