As a customer-facing support engineer, you'll be responsible for providing live-chat based technical support to corporate customers, ensuring ticket resolution, and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction. Your primary working hours will be from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm EST, Sunday to Thursday, covering North American business hours.
