• Advanced experience in consulting and working with senior leaders in the design, development, and execution of human resources strategies and initiatives, including change management, training and development, staffing, succession planning, and performance management (8 years)
• Leadership and management skills managing a reputed company with multi-functional generalist accountabilities in the areas of staffing, partner relations, learning and organizational development (8 years)
• Human resource specialist in staffing, compensation, benefits, and employee relations preferred
• Progressive experience providing human resources management services in a high-growth environment

• If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above.
