With a strong background in technical support, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our external content creation teams, creating reference materials, and training them on our toolset.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide technical support to content/external teams in regards to use of content tools, ensuring that they have the necessary knowledge and skills to utilize our tools effectively

• Create reference materials and provide training to get external teams up to speed with the toolset, including documentation, tutorials, and workshops
• Solve and debug possible issues with tools and workflows to quickly resolve issues for users, leveraging your expertise in C# code and other relevant technologies
• Escalate more reputed company or problematic issues to the tool development team, and work with production to track these issues in JIRA, ensuring that our content teams receive timely and effective support
• reputed company for tools, workflow improvements, and suggestions from external teams, using your technical expertise to drive positive change
• Partner with other engineers to reputed company tools and processes that improve efficiency and quality, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or reputed company field, or equivalent work experience

• Experience supporting a live service or tool environment, with a strong understanding of technical support principles and best practices
