Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you'll play a critical role in providing top-notch service to commercial truckers in need of emergency roadside assistance. Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to commercial truckers calling in for roadside assistance, ensuring reputed company and effective resolution of their issues.
• Support intake and reputed company of emergency road service calls, working closely with tire service centers and other stakeholders.
• Handle escalated issues from tire service centers, demonstrating reputed company and expertise to resolve reputed company problems.
• Answer calls from customers who have broken down, working to locate a service provider in the area and ensuring timely assistance.
• Input relevant call information into our PC system, process new sales orders or upgrade panel types, and transfer calls to other departments or call centers as needed.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in the English language.
