Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting guests warmly and providing a personalized welcome experience
• Escorting guests to their rooms, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in process
• Handling baggage and luggage, including unloading and loading from vehicles
• Explaining and identifying room features, amenities, and services to guests
• Assisting guests with directions, transportation arrangements, and local information
• Maintaining a uniformed appearance and adhering to our hotel's high standards
• Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

• Ability to understand and follow instructions
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and colleagues
• Physical fitness to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours) and lift 50 pounds

• 1 year of hotel experience (or equivalent)
