Job Overview

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for coordinating the documentation required by US Customs and Government Organizations for the clearance of goods into the US. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the documentation required by US Customs and Government Organizations for the clearance of goods into the US
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Accurately classify products for customs clearance using databases, SOPs, tariff books, the web, or customs resources
• Process and handle various import-reputed company documentation for submission to US Customs and Participating Government Agencies (PGAs)
• Maintain and update reputed company shipment documentation in compliance with record-keeping requirements

Essential Qualifications
