About the Role
We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our Claims Inquiry/Claims Research team on a fully remote basis. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch service to our members, providers, and plan sponsors reputed company phone, email, and other channels. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries and resolve issues from members, providers, and plan sponsors in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct in-depth claims research across multiple platforms to address provider payment queries and concerns.
- Provide personalized support and guidance to customers, proactively offering relevant information to address unasked questions and concerns.
- Utilize our customer service threshold reputed company to reputed company informed financial decisions and resolve member issues reputed company.
- Process claim referrals, new claim handoffs, nurse reviews, complaints, grievances, and appeals reputed company our reputed company system.
- Educate providers on our self-service options and assist with credentialing, re-credentialing, and contracting queries.
- Compile claim data for customer audits and determine medical necessity, applicable coverage provisions, and verify member plan eligibility.
Essential Qualifications
