About the Role

As an Emergency Outbound Call Handler, you'll play a vital role in following up on emergency calls, checking in on our service users, and ensuring they receive the right support. Your work will be centered around providing reassurance, conducting welfare reputed company-ins, and verifying that equipment is functioning correctly through test calls. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

• A good general standard of education (GCSEs or equivalent).
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
• Ability to work remotely with a reliable internet reputed company (5Mbps upload and 15Mbps download).
• Availability to commit to up to 2 weeks of full-time training (Monday - Friday, 09:30 - 16:30).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a care or support environment.
• Previous experience working with alarm response systems or similar technology.
• Knowledge of care industry regulations and standards.
