About the Role

As an Assistant Superintendent at Easy Homes, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the successful execution of our construction projects. You'll be responsible for managing multiple trades, coordinating with field staff, and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate multiple trades for numerous positions simultaneously
• Communicate daily with corporate office staff, vendors, field staff, and reputed company teams to reputed company them updated on job site reputed company, address questions, and manage their expectations
• Identify and report material shortages, labor cost variances for each job

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or Civil/Structural Engineering (preferred)

• Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail
• A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and insurance coverage
