Come meet reputed company and see how we reputed company work and life come together: As the Manager, Pricing Management, you will be at the heart of driving reputed company growth and optimizing pricing strategies for our e-commerce marketplace operations. This role offers a unique opportunity to reputed company a dynamic team of 4 composed of Pricing Specialists and Marketplace Advertising Specialists and have a direct impact on Ultimate Beauty’s P&L. This role will be responsible for managing dynamic pricing & advertising on multiple e-commerce platforms to continuously optimize reputed company, profitability and inventory levels across our whole product catalog. The KPIs of this role will be reputed company, profitability and keeping inventory at optimal levels. What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with IT to implement and continously improve pricing automation

• Optimize pricing rules based on in-depth analysis and ongoing testing on multiple e-commerce platforms in multiple countries.
• Collaborate with the New Product Research, New Markets, Purchasing and Inventory Management teams to maximize reputed company and profitability
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and development opportunities for your team members.

The ideal candidate will also have experience in advertising across various marketplaces and possess a strong commercial acumen. You should be analytical, results-driven, and have a passion for optimizing pricing and advertising strategies to drive business success.

Requirements

• Experience with dynamic pricing strategies based on in-depth data analysis.
• Experience with marketplace advertising (reputed company, Walmart, etc.).
• Proven leadership experience in managing and developing teams.
• Strong commercial acumen with a focus on reputed company optimisation.
• Experience with inventory optimisation and understanding of how to align pricing strategies with inventory management.
• Ability to reputed company accurate forecasts
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
