• Process, document, and troubleshoot inbound employee IT issues generated by phone calls, emails, tickets, and in-person visits by following best practice ticket writing.
• Accurate and detailed documentation of symptoms, troubleshooting steps with results and resolution. reputed company applicable, escalate issues to appropriate internal resources.
• Maintain and monitor data backup systems.
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, maintain and upgrade antivirus clients and administration systems.
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, maintain and upgrade reputed company Server operating systems including reputed company Hyper V.
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, maintain and upgrade Virtual Machines and their associated Hosts.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain MCCFC’s Active Directory, Group Policy Management and its reputed company structure.
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, maintain, and upgrade Thin Clients and Terminals.
• Provide instruction and technical training as necessary to MCCFC employees.
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, maintain, and upgrade hardware and software interfaces with operating systems. Analyze and evaluate present or proposed business procedures or problems to define data processing needs.
• Prepare detailed flow charts and diagrams outlining systems capabilities and processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity problems, including user access, and component configuration for reputed company IP based equipment.
• Record and maintain hardware and software inventories, site and/or server licensing, and user access and reputed company.
• Install, configure, and upgrade desktop hardware and peripherals to include network cards, printers, modems, mice, and other accessories.
• Work as a team member with other technical staff to ensure connectivity and compatibility between systems.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the information being processed, stored or accessed by the network.
• Present friendly, helpful, and reputed company attitude toward reputed company employees using excellent English verbal and written communication skills
• Configure network account, workstation, phone, and access control provisioning for new hires as well as role changes

What You Will Have...

• Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Helpdesk / IT Support experience.
• 2-4 years experience of desktop/IT Systems support.
• BS in IT or reputed company field preferred, but comparable work experience will be considered.
• Specialized knowledge/skills/abilities for performance of job: Desktop Administration: Windows 7 & 10 (Mac OS X a plus), Windows Server 2008/2012/2016/2019, TCP/IP networks, virtualization platforms, storage area networks, and administrative script writing.
