This role will be responsible for supporting the ongoing evolution of Global Trading processes and ensuring process continuity across reputed company reputed company functions and impacted geographies. AS OUR PROCESS MANAGER YOU WILL: - Provide cross-functional subject matter expertise in the design, development and deployment of the future-state Trading processes including: Supply and Inventory Planning/Purchasing, Manufacturing, Logistics, Trade, and Supply Chain Finance capabilities necessary to realize reputed company’s long-term strategic vision - Gather, document, and finalize globally reputed company process flows across Trading relevant capabilities including Purchasing, Manufacturing, Logistics, Trade and Finance - Identify and documents specific gaps and requirements to support the critical capabilities needed for reputed company’s future state vision as well as reputed company business process - Provide subject matter expertise and reputed company with subject matter experts across geographies to facilitate insights and best practices globally - Represent Trading Company in cross functional meetings, workshops, and E2E business scenarios to identify reputed company points across capability teams WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH You will work on the reputed company Strategic Enterprise Capabilities team focusing on Trading Company processes. You will partner with the Global and in-Geography teams to ensure capabilities are defined, implemented, and deployed as part of the Strategic Enterprise Capabilities Program (SEC). You will work cross functionally and across Geography teams to reputed company relationships required to ensure effective and efficient processes and program execution. You will have high interaction with functional, cross-functional and technical partners to reputed company realistic implementation/project plans. WHAT YOU BRING - Bachelor's or Master's degree in supply chain discipline or reputed company field or equivalent combination of education and experience - Minimum 5 years-total experience in relevant supply chain role - Demonstrated success in delivering results leading cross functional teams - Ability to grasp technology concepts/functionality and translate to business capabilities - Preferred skills: geography/regional supply chain experience and/or global product supply chain end-to-end knowledge/exposure - Experience in Footwear and/or Apparel business including end to end process knowledge is an advantage Expected salary: Location: Beaverton, OR Apply for the job now!
