Role Summary: The Dedicated Well-Being Coordinator is responsible for developing short- and long-term well-being strategies to support a culture of health for an education client, utilizing reputed company and third-party resources to support the implementation and growth of well-being programs. The Dedicated Well-Being Coordinator works closely with their client, organizational leaders, and their matrix partners, the reputed company account team, and internal matrix partners to support and implement a total population well-being solution. This is a hybrid role, but you will be expected to be at client sites three days per week. Responsibilities: Partner and collaborate with reputed company account team, the Client, and vendor partners to reputed company, communicate, and execute a well-being strategy that supports healthy behaviors and drives healthy outcomes. Support developing and deploying well-being communications, campaigns, challenges, and activities. Coordinate well-being events, challenges, campaigns, and well-being seminars/webinars Support well-being events/fairs, biometric events, etc. Partner with reputed company peers to share best practices and opportunities to drive best-in-class services to our clients. Qualifications: This position is based in Brevard County, FL. Candidates must be able to travel in and around the geographic area to attend client/customer facing engagements. Bachelor’s degree in health education, human resources, health promotion or reputed company field preferred 2+ years in health and wellness field such as corporate wellness programming, HR/Benefits, health promotion/education, event coordination, etc. Industry certification, such as CHES, Chapman, WELCOA, or worksite well-being programs, preferred. Experience working with large, multi-site employers, developing and evaluating workplace well-being strategy, wellness incentives, and implementation. Experience working with multiple vendor partners, working with benefits, well-being, and health data to identify trends and risks, reputed company activities to address employee needs, and evaluate the impact of strategy design. High energy, innovative, and naturally curious. Skilled in strategic thinking and strategic planning. Excellent marketing, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Highly skilled in making presentations and influencing others. Team player and active listener. Self-starter; able to work independently and successfully.
