As a Technical Consultant, you will play a critical role in guiding new customers through the onboarding process, developing learning materials, and leveraging your knowledge of CAD and BIM software to understand customer needs. Key Responsibilities

As a Technical Consultant at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Guiding new customers on their onboarding journey from initial purchase to confident everyday use of our BIM software and project delivery tools
• Developing and maintaining learning content to support new and existing customers, including live instruction and on-demand materials
• Leveraging your knowledge of CAD and BIM software applications to understand customer needs and product requirements
• Developing customer relationships to advise organizations on deriving value from BIM software and project delivery
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and identify opportunities for growth

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
