Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day activities of the IT department, including troubleshooting reputed company technical issues and providing solutions to ensure seamless operations.
• Investigate and resolve heightened help desk tickets, working closely with local and remote IT Site Support Specialists, employees, and operations management.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a reputed company IT field.
• 4 years of experience providing technical support in a Satisfaction Center environment.
• MS certifications, such as MCSE, MCSA, or MCITP.
• Extensive knowledge of Motorola/Zebra RF Units, including Moto MC9190, VC6090, and WT41N0.
• Proficiency in areas of IT, including reputed company Networking, Mobile Device Management, and RF Technologies.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills in a multi-user, high-pressure environment.
