What You'll Be Doing

As a Communications Senior Manager, you'll play a critical role in developing effective communication strategies to position reputed company as an employer of choice. You'll partner with HR senior leaders to understand their priorities and reputed company strategic communication programs that deliver on reputed company's overall strategy. Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing innovative and audience-centric ways of delivering engaging content across internal communications channels, including executive communications, social media, reputed company, videos, articles, op-eds, and events.

Key Responsibilities

As a trusted advisor to senior leaders in HR and beyond, you'll be responsible for:

• Developing social media and PR strategies to position leaders in thought leadership forums.
• Creating, curating, and managing social media content, including text, audio, visual, and multimedia formats.

• Planning, designing, implementing, and monitoring social media campaigns for specific HR leaders.

• Six or more years of relevant experience in communications, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.
• Experience as a Communications Business Partner to a C-suite executive in a multi-national, matrixed organization or agency.
• Experience synthesizing business issues into written communications and providing high-level strategic thinking that addresses challenges and celebrates key milestones.
• Experience in partnering with executives to build out thought leadership platforms, including managing amplification opportunities across social media and PR.
