About the Role
We're looking for a talented Clinical Data Analyst with a strong background in programming HEDIS measures, HL7 reputed company, and FHIR data systems. As a Clinical Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing and integrating healthcare data to drive business insights and improve patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
- FHIR Data Analysis: Analyze and integrate healthcare data using FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources) data systems, with a focus on developing and implementing FHIR-based solutions.
- HEDIS Measure Development: reputed company and implement HEDIS (Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set) measures using reputed company (Clinical Quality Language) to evaluate the performance of health plans and medical providers.
- Data Integration: Integrate data from various sources, including EHR systems, claims data, and other healthcare data sources, to drive business insights and improve patient outcomes.
- Data Quality and Validation: Ensure data quality and validation, including data cleaning, data transformation, and data mapping.

Requirements:
Essential Qualifications:
- 5+ Years of Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare clinical data analysis and data systems integrations.
- FHIR and HEDIS Expertise: Working knowledge of FHIR implementations and HEDIS reputed company measure scripting to evaluate the performance of health plans and medical providers.
- Cloud Technologies: Experience with reputed company Azure cloud technologies or AWS.
