Key Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: Manage and maintain working relationships with assigned client portfolio, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
• Campaign Coordination: Coordinate and facilitate monthly meetings with clients and internal team members to craft integrated digital campaigns.
• Campaign Brief Development: Generate Monthly Campaign Brief outlining integrated campaign requests and ensure seamless execution.
• Collaboration and Communication: Proactively communicate and collaborate with internal team members to ensure successful campaign delivery.
• Asset Management: Manage and submit assets to OEM Compliance Agencies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Creative Installation: Install proprietary creative into assigned clients' websites, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Project Support: Assist with projects and task work as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
• Service Level Agreement (SLA) Adherence: Ensure adherence to Dealer.com's SLA with assigned clients, meeting or exceeding service expectations.

Essential Qualifications

Education and Experience

• Minimum Requirements:
  • High School Diploma/GED and 5 years' experience in a reputed company field (e.g., marketing, communications, customer service).
  • OR: Any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a reputed company discipline and 3 years' experience.
  • OR: 7 years' experience in a reputed company field.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a reputed company field.
  • Experience in the automotive industry or a reputed company field.

• Proven Customer Service Skills: Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal team members.

In-Person Attendance Requirement

Team members residing in the Burlington, Vermont or Atlanta, Georgia area will be required to be in office once per week (4 times a month). The day of the week for in-person attendance may vary.
